The main phases of the manufacturing process include:
1. Receiving materials
Receiving materials: on the basis of long lasting relationships with the local and international suppliers, the company receives the necessary materials within a reasonable time term, which contributes to the fulfillment of the specified producing time for each product.
3. Cutting, preparation and sanding
Cutting and preparation of billet, manufacturing details, assemblies and parts /turning on a lathe, heat treatment, sanding – materials and details are entering which are being prepared for processing and on which is done a mechanical processing with universal machines.
4. Milling operations
Milling – milling operations are carried out with great speed and accuracy.
5. Erosion operations
The presence of 4 erosion machines, 2 volume and 2 wire erosion, with different ranges and manufacturing capabilities and characteristics; as well as the professionals in this area contribute for the broader scope in production and for increasing the production capacity of the company. Details with high precision are made.
6. Polishing and fitting operations
Fitting operations are carried out, assembling, threading, polishing, final assembly and processing for shipment.
7. Shipment
The company disposes of its own transport, and in addition to that, it has established long years lasting relationships with shipping companies.
8. Assembly
Assembly operations are carried out for assembling of details and assemblies. The result is completed dies and molds, ready to be included in the respective manufacturing which they are designed for.
